When you think about getting your makeup done quickly, what comes to mind?
Probably light coverage, tinted moisturizer or BB and CC creams. Just something that will hide the distractions on your face quickly so you can get out the door. I used to use a powder foundation, with a swipe of mascara and some blush so I looked alive.
When you think about looking your best, what kind of routine do you imagine?
I am guessing that it is not the light coverage that you imagined above. It is probably something that takes time and has many more layers. Am I right?
As I have gotten older, had kids and life has become busy I have less and less time for that long routine. I just don’t want to take the time! I just don’t have time to spend 20 or even 30 minutes on my face.
I have gotten my routine using my favorite makeup, that makes me look and feel gorgeous and glowing down to 5 minuets! And by whole routine I mean, highlight and contour, blush and lips! If I really take my time to get all dolled up it takes me 15 minutes for my face.
So, I timed it to see what was faster a quick application with CC cream or my light coverage everyday highlight and contour! You can see it split screen below!
What I used?
I ordered one of the best selling CC Creams on Sephora - It Cosmetics CC+ Cream spf 50+
So let me know what look you like better? Quick makeup with CC Cream or IIID Foundation?
So what is the difference?
Both are cream, but IIID foundation formula gives amazing coverage with light application and is buildable. IIID foundation is one layer highlight and contour foundation in one palette, so no more digging through your makeup bag to find another product. It is just as fast as applying one layer of CC Cream but it will give you a natural skin like glow with dimension. It takes the same amount of time to get full coverage as it does to get light coverage.
